Welcome to Detailed Drivers. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Detailed Drivers recommends booking in advance to guarantee your service needs.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to full charges.
No-Show Policy
If the client is not available at the designated pickup location and time, and no contact is made within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the ride will be considered a 'No-Show' and full charges will apply.
Waiting Time
For all airport pickups, Detailed Drivers provides 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands. Additional waiting time is charged per minute thereafter. Non-airport pickups have a 15-minute grace period before additional wait time charges apply.
Hourly Bookings
Hourly service requires a minimum booking of two hours in New York City. Hourly service includes consecutive usage from the designated pickup time.
Vehicle Types
Detailed Drivers reserves the right to substitute the vehicle type confirmed at booking with an equivalent or upgraded vehicle based on availability.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. Cleaning or repair fees will be assessed as needed.
Conduct
Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate a ride immediately if conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Liability
Detailed Drivers shall not be liable for delays caused by acts of God, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or any circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount of the reservation cost.
Lost or Left Items
Detailed Drivers is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items. However, we will make reasonable efforts to return items when found.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all major credit cards. Corporate accounts may apply for direct billing terms.

Amendments
Detailed Drivers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
