When is the 2027 CFP National Championship in Las Vegas?

The College Football Playoff announced on January 24, 2025 that Las Vegas will host the 2027 national championship at Allegiant Stadium on Monday, January 25, 2027. It is the first CFP title game in Las Vegas, and the announcement noted the city becomes the third Pacific time zone host after the Bay Area and Los Angeles.

The CFP's 2027 championship page lists Allegiant Stadium as host venue with a 62,000 stadium capacity. Its schedule shows a 7:30 PM Eastern kickoff, and the Las Vegas host committee site lists the same time as 4:30 PM Pacific. That is an afternoon arrival and an evening exit for everyone on your manifest.

The finalists are not known yet. The semifinals are the Capital One Orange Bowl on January 14 and the Allstate Sugar Bowl on January 15, 2027. Any plan built around a university's donors, alumni or athletics staff therefore firms up roughly ten days before kickoff, while sponsor and corporate programs can lock in much earlier.

What happens during championship week?

CFP National Championship 2027 transportation is a week-long job, not one ride to the stadium. The host committee describes January 20–25 as event week, with fan and hospitality programming building toward Monday. The published schedule below is what a transportation plan should be mapped against.

The host committee has not published venues for every fan event on the pages we reviewed, so this guide does not name them. Add each address to the itinerary once it is announced. Hospitality hosts should treat Friday through Monday as the peak window: that is when guests arrive, sponsor dinners stack up and free public events draw crowds to the resort corridor.

Where can a chauffeured car drop off at Allegiant Stadium?

Allegiant Stadium's directions and parking page states that Suite and Loge owners pre-approved for limousine and black car service can use the East and West Suite Drop Off Lanes. Vehicles without that approval are directed to the west pick-up and drop-off at the corner of W Diablo Dr. and S Procyon St.

This is the single most useful fact for a hospitality planner. If your guests hold suite or loge access, ask the ticket holder or suite administrator whether limousine and black car access has been pre-approved, and pass the approval details to your transportation provider. If not, plan for the Diablo and Procyon drop-off and the walk that follows.

The same page places rideshare pick-up and drop-off in Lot N, north of the stadium, off Dean Martin Drive. It recommends buying parking passes in advance and notes that for non-Raiders events, guests should check the event's own parking details because hours can change. Recheck both pages the week of the game.

For guests who prefer to walk, the stadium describes the Hacienda Bridge as a 0.3-mile pedestrian bridge, roughly a 10 to 15 minute walk, closed to vehicles on game days. How should sponsors and hospitality programs structure transportation?

Split the week into three movements: arrivals, the hospitality calendar and game night. Each has a different booking format, and mixing them is where corporate programs lose control of timing and cost.

Arrivals. Commercial arrivals land at Harry Reid International (LAS). Our LAS terminal guide explains that Terminal 1 serves Southwest and other domestic carriers, while Terminal 3 handles Delta, United, American and international flights. Put the terminal on every manifest line. A LAS airport transfer is a point-to-point booking; include airline, flight number and passenger phone so the pickup follows the actual landing time.

Guests on private aircraft should share the operator's arrival terminal address, tail number and estimated arrival with the booking. Confirm vehicle access at that terminal with the flight department rather than assuming ramp-side pickup.

The hospitality calendar. Client dinners, sponsor receptions and Fan Central visits are fixed-time transfers that suit point-to-point booking, or hourly service if one host is running several stops. Game night. Book hourly standby. The finish time of a championship game is unknown, the Championship Tailgate opens four hours before kickoff, and a prepaid return with a named meeting point is what keeps a client group together after the final whistle. Groups larger than an SUV holds can move as one party in a Sprinter van in Las Vegas rather than splitting across several cars.

What does championship week car service cost?

When should you book CFP National Championship 2027 transportation?

Request availability as soon as your hotel block and guest count are set. Sponsor, vendor and corporate programs do not depend on which teams qualify, so they can reserve arrivals and game-night vehicles months ahead and adjust names later.

University booster and donor groups face a different timeline. Their travel depends on the semifinal results of January 14 and 15, 2027, which leaves about ten days to finalize manifests. A sensible approach is to request a provisional plan early, then confirm names, flights and vehicle counts immediately after the semifinals.

Check the cancellation terms before holding vehicles speculatively. Sedan and SUV bookings are fully refundable with 24 hours' notice and Sprinter bookings with 72 hours; cancellations inside those windows are charged in full. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, starting at actual landing.

What should an event planner send with the booking request?

A complete request gets a faster, more accurate answer. Send it through the championship week reservation request with these details:

• Guest names, a lead contact for each vehicle and mobile numbers
• Flight numbers and LAS terminal, or private aviation terminal address and tail number
• Hotel names and the pickup entrance each property specifies
• Suite or loge status, and whether black car drop-off has been pre-approved
• Dinner and reception addresses with reservation times
• Passenger and luggage count per vehicle, plus any accessibility needs
• Billing contact and whether guests may extend service on their own
