Detailed Drivers provides full-service event transportation: guest manifesting (tracking who rides in which vehicle), multi-vehicle fleet coordination (sedans + SUVs + Sprinter Vans synchronized), VIP meet-and-greet at airports and hotels, on-site coordinators at the venue, and shuttle scheduling between hotels and the event venue. We handle corporate conferences, galas, board meetings, product launches, and weddings.

Provide guest names, pickup locations, flight details where relevant and timing requirements. The booking team uses those details to plan vehicle assignments and departure groups. Confirm how the manifest and status updates will be shared, and nominate one planner to approve changes.

Multi-vehicle coordination means we synchronize sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter Vans across multiple pickup points and timing windows. For a 200-person gala with guests at 8 different hotels, we deploy 4-6 Sprinter Vans on staggered schedules plus 3-4 sedans for VIP arrivals. One Detailed Drivers coordinator manages the entire fleet from a single operations center.

Standard hourly references are $240/hr for a Sprinter Van, $120/hr for a Business Sedan and $150/hr for a First Class SUV, all-in. The current Sprinter configuration lists 14 passengers and 12 bags. Three Sprinters booked for five hours each have an engine reference total of $3,540. That is a vehicle-cost example, not a promise to move 100 guests simultaneously. The final quote confirms routing, availability, coordination and any event-specific minimums.
