1. Service Agreement

Detailed Drivers provides premium black car, chauffeur, and ground transportation services. By booking a ride, you agree to these terms and to comply with all applicable laws. Services are subject to availability and driver assignment at our discretion.

2. Booking and Reservations

Reservations may be made by phone, email, or through our booking platform. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement for the quoted service. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, flight information when applicable, and contact information.

3. Cancellation Policy

For sedans and SUVs: cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are billed at the full rate. For specialty vehicles (Sprinters, limousines, motor coaches), a 24–48 hour cancellation policy may apply. No-shows are charged the full quoted amount.

4. Payment

Payment is due as specified at booking. We accept major credit cards, corporate accounts, and other methods as indicated. Prices quoted are inclusive of base fare, tolls, and gratuity unless otherwise stated. Additional wait time, extra stops, or changes may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailed Drivers and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip in question. You are responsible for your personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Conduct

You agree to treat drivers and staff with respect and to comply with all applicable laws during the trip. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conduct endangers safety or violates these terms.

7. Changes
