Corporate transportation in Las Vegas is reserved ground travel for company trips: chauffeured sedans and SUVs for executives, Sprinter Vans for teams, and standby cars during convention days, all on one company account. Prices are all-in and set before the trip, so travel managers know the cost before anyone lands.

Executives on their own usually ride with our black car service Las Vegas team, and long show days run as hourly car service Las Vegas blocks so the car waits outside the hall. Teams of up to fourteen move together in a Sprinter van rental Las Vegas, and every trip starts with LAS airport car service at Harry Reid.

Travelers who need a dedicated driver for the week can book chauffeur service Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas car service hub covers everything else we run in the valley.

CES and convention-week transportation in Las Vegas

Convention weeks are the hardest days to move people in Las Vegas. CES fills the Las Vegas Convention Center every January, and other large shows run through the year at LVCC, the Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum and Mandalay Bay. Taxi and ride-app lines at the halls get long at opening and closing, and hotel pickup areas back up at the same times.

Our Las Vegas executive transportation guide covers trip planning in more depth, and our CES Las Vegas car service roundup compares options for show week.

What works is a fixed schedule set before the show. We map each traveler’s hotel, the hall they work, booth setup times and the evening plan, then assign cars or Sprinters to each block. Executives get a car on standby; booth staff ride a Sprinter shuttle at set times between the hotel and the hall.

Getting around inside LVCC

The Las Vegas Convention Center campus is large. According to the LVCVA, the Vegas Loop runs through two one-way tunnels of about 0.8 miles under the campus and is free for attendees moving between the West Hall and the North, Central and South halls. We drop off and pick up at the hall entrance that matches each traveler’s badge pickup or booth, and the Loop covers the rest inside the campus.

Exhibitor and booth teams

Booth teams need to arrive early for setup and leave late after teardown. A Sprinter Van carries up to fourteen people with room for cases and samples, so one van can handle a whole booth shift. Larger teams book two Sprinters on staggered times.

Company accounts and billing

A Las Vegas corporate account puts every traveler and every trip on one invoice. Travel managers send the manifest; we confirm each leg, track flights and keep the schedule current when meetings move. There is one phone number for changes during the trip.

Executives

A Business Sedan or First Class SUV with the same chauffeur for the visit; the Mercedes-Benz S-Class on request.

Sales teams

Hourly blocks for client visits across the Strip, Hughes Center and Summerlin.

Exhibitors

Sprinter shuttles timed to setup, show hours and teardown.

Incentive groups

Airport arrivals, dinners and a desert day trip on one schedule.

Every booking carries our On-Time Guarantee: If your chauffeur isn't at your booked pickup address by your scheduled pickup time, we refund the full fare. Every booking, every vehicle, every city, 24/7.

When should you book corporate transportation in Las Vegas?

Book convention weeks as early as possible, ideally when the hotel block is confirmed, because vehicles across the valley fill during large shows. For ordinary business trips a few days’ notice is usually enough. Send changes as soon as they happen and we update the schedule.
