Can I pause, change, or cancel my monthly plan?
Yes. Plans adjust with 30 days' notice: move between hour blocks, switch vehicle classes, pause for a sabbatical or summer abroad, or cancel outright. Many members scale up for conference season and down for August without ever re-signing paperwork.
Does a car service membership include airport transfers?
Yes. Airport runs draw from the same reserved hours, and members get the full airport treatment: live flight tracking, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, and wait-time cushions on delayed arrivals. Standing airport schedules, such as every Monday to JFK, are locked into your plan.
Can family members or my assistant book rides on my membership?

Do monthly members ever pay surge pricing?
