How Planners Are Paid: Commission or Program Rates
Two configurations, chosen per wedding. Referral commission: the couple books with Detailed Drivers directly, and you earn 10% of the base fare on every completed ride — paid monthly, itemized per wedding, consistent with our travel-trade partner terms. Program rates: your studio contracts the transportation at a confidential net rate, bills the couple within your own production fee, and keeps the margin you set.
There are no public pricing tables on this page by design — partner terms are program rates, confirmed in writing on your onboarding call, with rates locked at booking and no overtime ambush when the reception runs long. Planners moving regular volume qualify for stronger terms; ask on the call. Non-wedding production teams can use the parallel event transportation program.
