What the Partnership Includes

Transportation is the one vendor that touches every guest and every transition on the wedding day — and the one a couple remembers if it slips. The partnership is built so it never slips, and so the planner is paid for making the referral. Broader event planner partnerships use the same coordinator model.

10% Referral Commission

Earn 10% of base fare on every completed booking you refer, paid monthly with per-wedding statements — or take confidential net program rates and set your own client price.

Dedicated Partner Line

(888) 420-0177 routes planner partners to priority dispatch — first hold on peak Saturdays, fast quotes, and a human who already knows your account.

Net-30 Centralized Billing

One invoice per wedding with per-vehicle, per-leg detail, and one consolidated monthly statement across your season. No receipt-chasing, ever.

White-Label Confirmations

Confirmations, chauffeur details, and day-of updates can carry your studio's brand, so the couple sees one vendor team — yours.

Named Account Manager

One person across your whole season who knows your venues, your timelines, and your standards — not a rotating call center.

Duty of Care, NDA-Ready

TLC-licensed, background-checked, commercially insured chauffeurs, with NDAs available for high-profile couples and press-sensitive families.

100+ City Coverage

New York this month, Miami in March, Los Angeles in June — destination weddings run on the same account, the same account manager, and the same 48-hour detail handoff. One partner covers the whole calendar.

How Planners Are Paid: Commission or Program Rates

Two configurations, chosen per wedding. Referral commission: the couple books with Detailed Drivers directly, and you earn 10% of the base fare on every completed ride — paid monthly, itemized per wedding, consistent with our travel-trade partner terms. Program rates: your studio contracts the transportation at a confidential net rate, bills the couple within your own production fee, and keeps the margin you set.

There are no public pricing tables on this page by design — partner terms are program rates, confirmed in writing on your onboarding call, with rates locked at booking and no overtime ambush when the reception runs long. Planners moving regular volume qualify for stronger terms; ask on the call. Non-wedding production teams can use the parallel event transportation program.

Your reputation is the product.

Whichever configuration you choose, the couple's experience is identical: vetted chauffeurs, staged vehicles, a timeline that holds. The commission is for the referral — the execution is why you keep referring.

Multi-Vehicle Wedding-Day Logistics

A full wedding move is a small fleet operation: an S-Class for the couple, SUVs for the wedding party and parents, Sprinter Vans rotating guests between hotels and the venue, and a getaway car staged before the last dance. Every multi-vehicle wedding gets an on-site logistics coordinator who sequences all of it against your timeline — and reports to you, not the other way around. Vehicle assignments are drawn from the chauffeured fleet.

48-Hour Detail Handoff

Two days out you hold every chauffeur's name, photo, phone number, and vehicle assignment — ready to paste into your day-of packet.

Venue Protocol Briefings

Chauffeurs are briefed on each venue's arrival entrance, staging area, and photo moments before the day — no circling, no idling in the shot.

Timeline-Driven Staging

Vehicles pre-positioned for every transition: ceremony exit, sunset portraits, cocktail hour, reception entrance, getaway.

One Number on the Day

The coordinator is your single line to the whole fleet. Portraits run 20 minutes over? One text moves every vehicle.

How the Partnership Works

1

Onboarding Call

Fifteen minutes on your volume, venues, and workflow. Commission vs. program-rate terms confirmed in writing; partner account opened.

2

Refer or Book

Introduce the couple to us, or book on their behalf under your brand — your choice per wedding. Peak Saturdays get priority holds.

3

Pre-Wedding Handoff

48 hours out: chauffeur details delivered, timeline reviewed together, staging positions confirmed with the venue.

4

Execute and Settle

The coordinator runs the fleet on the day; afterward, one net-30 invoice — and your commission statement at month's end.

Wedding Planner Partnership — Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a commission for wedding planner partners?

Yes. Planner partners earn a 10% referral commission on the base fare of every completed booking they refer — the same structure as our travel-trade program, paid monthly with a per-wedding statement. Planners who prefer to bill transportation through their own production invoice can take confidential net program rates instead and set the client-facing price. Terms are confirmed on the onboarding call at (888) 420-0177.

Can booking confirmations be white-labeled under my studio's brand?

Yes. Confirmations, chauffeur details, and day-of updates can be issued under your studio's name so the couple experiences one cohesive vendor team. Many planners run transportation as a line item of their own service; others prefer Detailed Drivers to be client-facing. Both configurations are standard — you choose per wedding.

How does billing work across a season of weddings?

Centralized and net-30. Each wedding reconciles to a single invoice with per-vehicle, per-leg detail, and planners running multiple weddings with us receive one consolidated monthly statement instead of chasing receipts event by event. Client-pays-direct is also available when the couple contracts with us — your commission statement still itemizes every referral.

How does wedding-day coordination actually work?

Forty-eight hours out, you receive every chauffeur's name, photo, phone number, and vehicle assignment. Multi-vehicle weddings get an on-site logistics coordinator who stages vehicles against your timeline — ceremony exit, portrait transfers, guest shuttle rotations, reception entrance, getaway — and communicates with you by phone or text in real time. If portraits run long or the reception extends, the fleet adjusts without drama.

Can you cover destination weddings outside New York?

Yes. Detailed Drivers operates in 100+ cities worldwide, so a planner whose calendar runs from Manhattan to Miami to Los Angeles keeps one partner, one account manager, and one billing relationship across every wedding. The same vehicle standards and the same 48-hour detail handoff apply in every market.

Are chauffeurs vetted for high-profile weddings?

Every chauffeur is TLC-licensed, background-checked, and commercially insured, and NDAs are available for weddings involving public figures, executives, or press-sensitive families. Chauffeurs are briefed on venue protocols — arrival entrances, staging areas, photography moments — before the day, and discretion is a condition of the assignment.

Add a Transportation Partner to Your Vendor List

One onboarding call sets your terms — 10% referral commission or net program rates — and your next wedding gets priority dispatch, white-label confirmations, and a coordinator who answers to you. For immediate date holds, use reservations after the couple approves the plan.
