Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Detailed Drivers' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. Payment is due at the time of service unless a corporate account has been established. We accept all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change based on distance, time, and vehicle type.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare amount.
Service Standards
We strive to provide punctual, professional service at all times. While we make every effort to arrive on time, Detailed Drivers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Prohibited Conduct
Passengers must not engage in illegal activities, damage vehicles, harass drivers, or violate any laws while using our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.
Liability and Insurance
Detailed Drivers maintains comprehensive commercial insurance for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Gratuities and Additional Charges
Gratuity is not included in the base fare and is at your discretion. Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the total fare. Additional charges may apply for excessive wait times, tolls, parking fees, or special requests.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Both parties agree to waive their right to a jury trial.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

What is included in your rates?
Our all-inclusive pricing covers the vehicle rental, professional chauffeur service, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and all applicable taxes. For airport pickups, we include complimentary meet and greet service, luggage assistance, and up to 60 minutes of wait time for international arrivals (30 minutes for domestic). The only additional cost is gratuity, which is at your discretion.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund with no penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare. No-shows are charged the full amount. We understand that emergencies happen and work with clients on a case-by-case basis.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Absolutely! We provide complimentary child safety seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify the type and number of seats needed when making your reservation. We offer rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible car seats, and booster seats for various age groups. All seats meet current safety standards and are professionally installed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards and offer corporate account billing with monthly invoicing for businesses. Payment can be made securely online when booking or processed after your trip. We do not accept cash payments for safety and security reasons.
How do I track my vehicle?
Once your reservation is confirmed and your chauffeur is assigned, you'll receive a text message with the driver's name, photo, vehicle information, and a link to track your vehicle's location in real-time. You can monitor your driver's progress and estimated arrival time directly from your smartphone. Our customer service team is also available 24/7 to provide updates.
