Manhattan Cruise Terminal
NYCEDC's April 2025 traffic plan places the terminal along 12th Avenue in Midtown West, identifies Piers 88 and 90 as operational, and describes Pier 92 as vacant at that time. Ask the cruise line which operational pier serves the sailing rather than assuming Pier 88.
NYCEDC's current cruise FAQ directs Manhattan vehicle access to the terminal entrance at West 55th Street and 12th Avenue. Treat that as the planning point, then follow current cruise-line instructions, terminal staff, and signage because live traffic or security controls can alter the approach. Keep the passenger mobile number active instead of promising a particular door or exact curb position.
Brooklyn Cruise Terminal
NYCEDC's official Brooklyn directions list the cruise terminal at 210 Clinton Wharf for GPS use and say all cars enter from the Bowne Street and Imlay Street intersection. The agency separately lists cruise-terminal parking at Pier 12, 72 Imlay Street. Use the passenger terminal address and vehicle entrance for the approach; do not substitute the parking address unless the traveler is actually parking.
The directions page says the nearest NYC Ferry landing is Red Hook on the South Brooklyn route. A ferry-to-terminal plan still requires checking the current ferry schedule and accounting for the transfer between the landing and terminal with every bag.

Cape Liberty in Bayonne
Royal Caribbean's official directions place Cape Liberty at 4 Port Terminal Boulevard. From the New Jersey Turnpike, the directions use Exit 14A, Route 440 South, and Port Terminal Boulevard, then instruct drivers to pass the guard gate and follow terminal signs. Route choice should still follow current conditions and port directions.

For Manhattan and Brooklyn Cruise Terminals, request a wheelchair through the cruise-line agent rather than the terminal, according to NYCEDC. The agency also states that wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, personal oxygen, and respiratory equipment are subject to screening procedures. Contact the cruise line in advance for its current assistance and boarding process.
Separately tell the transportation provider about the traveler's mobility device, whether it folds, its dimensions, transfer needs, companion count, and all luggage.
