We track your flight in real time, the chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a meet-and-greet sign, and the vehicle waiting outside is already prepped — covers fitted, water poured, climate set — for the ride home with your pet. Delays cost you nothing; the pickup adjusts automatically.
Landing with an animal is the moment ride-hail fails most reliably: you are jet-lagged at the JFK curb at midnight with a cat carrier, watching drivers cancel one by one. Booking the arrival in advance deletes that scene.
