How an hourly booking works
The clock
Time starts at the scheduled pickup and runs until the final drop-off, with a 3-hour minimum. Waiting at stops is part of the booked time, not an extra. Overtime is billed for the actual additional minutes at the applicable per-minute rate for your selected vehicle.
The plan
Send a rough list of stops when you book. It does not need to be exact; the chauffeur adjusts on the day. A plan helps us suggest the right number of hours, so the day is not cut short.
Parking and waiting
In busy parts of the city the chauffeur may circle or wait nearby rather than at the door, then pull up when you call or text. At venues with traffic control we agree a pickup point in advance.
Reliability
