A Business Sedan is $120/hr, a First Class SUV is $150/hr, and a Sprinter Van is $240/hr, each with a 3-hour minimum. An 8-hour sedan day is $950. A one-way sedan from BNA to Lower Broadway, 8.2 miles, is $170 if the car does not wait. Gratuity, tax, and card processing are included and the total is rounded to the nearest $10. Tolls are extra. Mercedes S-Class is on request and is not priced here.

Yes. Corporate accounts can be billed monthly instead of paying card-by-card on the day of travel. Send the passenger name, the pickup, and a cost center if you use one. The reservation still has a confirmed vehicle and a chauffeur before the flight lands.

Yes. Downtown and the Gulch are the usual same-day pattern. Franklin and Cool Springs are a longer block because of the drive south on a day that often starts at BNA. Nissan North America has a large Franklin presence, and that corridor is a regular corporate drop. We do not keep an office in Nashville or Franklin. The car comes to the address you book.

Yes. Give the flight number and the chauffeur times the pickup to the arrival. Nashville International Airport has one terminal. Limousine loading is in the Ground Transportation Center, South Wing, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2, marked LIMO-TAXI. Confirm the bay with dispatch on the day, because the airport can move commercial loading.
