Franklin, Cool Springs, and Brentwood get lumped together in casual speech. The pins below are specific, checked with OSRM on October 7, 2026. Your street may sit a mile or two off the pin. The reservation uses the address you send. Mercedes S-Class is on request and does not appear in this table.

Williamson County is a drive, not a downtown hop. The comparison is about whether someone is meeting you, and whether the price was set before you landed.
| Option | Franklin from BNA | Tradeoff |
|---|---|---|
| Detailed Drivers | Reserved. Sedan $250 to the Public Square pin. | Book ahead. The vehicle class is the one you chose. |
| Uber / Uber for Business | On demand after you land. Company profiles and invoicing are available. | Fare can move with demand. A new driver if you need a return. |
| Taxi | Meter from the airport queue, if a cab will take the county trip. | No reserved SUV. You may wait for a driver willing to go south. |
| WeGo transit | Useful inside Nashville. A poor fit for a timed Franklin office arrival with luggage. | Transfers and a last mile that is still a car. |
| Rental car | Makes sense for several days of Williamson County meetings. | Counter time at BNA, plus you are driving yourself after a flight. |
Downtown Franklin
The Public Square pin is the historic center. Main Street shops and the courthouse square are walkable once you are there. The measured path came in on 3rd Avenue South. It is the longest of the three airport trips.
Cool Springs
Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard are the office and shopping grid south of Brentwood. Nissan North America's Franklin operations draw a lot of these airport runs. A Cool Springs hotel is not a downtown Franklin hotel.
Brentwood
The Wilson Pike pin is 11.5 miles, not a county-wide promise. Maryland Farms and the western edge toward Belle Meade will not match this figure. Put the building number in the form.
Back to Broadway
A visitor who lands, takes a Franklin meeting, and wants dinner on Broadway should book the hours. One-way pricing ends when the car leaves.
Nashville International Airport has one terminal. Limousine loading is in the Ground Transportation Center, South Wing, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2, under LIMO-TAXI signs. That curb is not the hotel-shuttle stop in the parking garage. Concourses run A through D, and satellite gates C4 through C11 connect by an airside shuttle. Give the flight number. The chauffeur times the curb to the arrival, not to the scheduled landing alone.
Step-by-step commercial pickup is on our BNA car service page. If the reservation is only the airport and a downtown hotel, you do not need this Franklin page at all.
The free-flow Franklin path left the airport on Donelson Pike and Harding Place. It did not use I-65. Chauffeurs take I-65 when it is the faster road. The price follows the reserved distance band for the address, and the booking form is the confirmation. A Monday morning into Cool Springs can take longer than 28 minutes. Say so to the person you are meeting, and book the hourly block if missing the start of a meeting is expensive.
Departures from Franklin back to BNA need the same honesty. Thirty-three free-flow minutes plus the airline's airport-arrival window is the minimum planning number. Add time when Harding Place is congested. The car can collect you at a Cool Springs hotel or a house. There is no Franklin counter to stand at.
A one-way sedan to the Public Square is $250. The moment the passenger wants the same car for a second address, hourly is the product. A 4-hour sedan block is $480. A 6-hour SUV block is $870. An 8-hour Sprinter for a team that has to stay together is $1,880 at $240/hr.
That hourly product is the private driver Nashville page. Companies that need the invoice in a finance system should use corporate transportation Nashville. The rates match. The paperwork is what changes.
A black sedan rather than an SUV is black car service Nashville. A chauffeur booked as a chauffeur, including roadshows that are not only Franklin, is Nashville chauffeur service. Evening events that start in Franklin and end at a downtown venue can move to Nashville limo service. Vehicle layout is on the fleet page and the engine rules are on rates.
Guests who are actually staying at Gaylord Opryland, not in Franklin, should read Gaylord Opryland shuttle before they assume a private car is required. Stadium arrivals are Nashville airport to Nissan Stadium. A group of up to 14 uses Sprinter van rental Nashville, with a chauffeur in the van. Wedding days that include a Brentwood house and a downtown venue are wedding transportation Nashville.
01 · The street, not the city
Franklin, Cool Springs, and Brentwood are different pins. A subdivision name is not enough if two gates share it.
02 · The flight
Airline and flight number. The Ground Transportation Center pickup moves if the inbound is late.
03 · Whether the car waits
One door and done is a transfer. A meeting, then Broadway, is hourly. Say which before the chauffeur is dispatched.
04 · The vehicle
Sedan, SUV, or Sprinter. Ask separately if you need an S-Class. Party buses are quoted per event and are not a vehicle we operate.
Williamson County rewards a reservation with an address. Rideshare works when you are standing on the curb with one bag and no one waiting in a conference room. It is a weak plan for a 7:30 a.m. Cool Springs start after a delayed arrival. The sedan rate does not surge because the arrival bank is full. Uber's can, even when the company is on Uber for Business and the receipt will be tidy.
If you are comparing a rental car for a three-day Franklin trip, the rental can be the right call once you are staying in the county and driving yourself to dinner. It is the wrong call for a six-hour visit that starts and ends at BNA. Six hours in an SUV is $870. You never see the rental counter, and you are not parking at the Public Square.
The Franklin Public Square, a Mallory Lane destination in Cool Springs, and the Wilson Pike point used for the Brentwood example are distinct destinations. None is a substitute for your actual hotel, home, or office entrance. Send the street address and building name with the reservation. If your invitation identifies a reception entrance or a particular building within a larger property, include that detail as well. The measured distance in this page's table belongs to its named point. Moving the destination to another part of Williamson County requires a quote for that address, even when both destinations share the same city name.
A useful planning example is BNA to a Cool Springs meeting, followed by a Franklin dinner and a return to Nashville. Decide whether the vehicle should remain reserved between stops or whether you want separately scheduled transfers. An hourly reservation can describe that sequence in one itinerary, but its duration must include the time you want the vehicle held during the meeting and dinner. A four-hour First Class SUV block is $580 all-in. Do not treat the sample block as a promise that a full business day fits within four hours; send the actual appointment times and obtain a quote for the planned duration.
For a wedding itinerary that starts at a Brentwood home and continues to a Franklin venue, list the pickup and drop-off addresses for each passenger group. The couple, wedding party, and fly-in relatives may need different departure times even when they share a reception destination. Note the passenger count on each leg, luggage that needs to travel, and any stop for photographs or hotel check-in. Request Mercedes S-Class availability separately if that vehicle matters to the plan. The published Sedan, SUV, and Sprinter prices do not establish an S-Class fare or guarantee that an unrequested vehicle will be supplied.
The airport return leg also needs a fresh set of details. Send the departure airline and flight number, the exact pickup address in Franklin or Brentwood, the number of travelers, and their bags. A meeting end time is not automatically the airport pickup time, and the table's free-flow duration is not a traffic forecast. Ask dispatch to confirm the schedule for your flight and booked address. If the meeting moves to another Cool Springs building or the group changes its hotel, update the itinerary before travel. Keep the confirmed reservation available so the traveler and the person arranging the ride are working from the same pickup instructions.

Nashville airport to Franklin TN is 22.3 miles and about 33 minutes in free-flow conditions, measured October 7, 2026 with OSRM from the BNA terminal point to the Public Square in downtown Franklin. The path that day used Donelson Pike, Harding Place, Murfreesboro Road, and 3rd Avenue South. I-65 is the highway many drivers prefer when it is moving. This measurement did not take I-65, so do not treat 33 minutes as an I-65 rush-hour time. A sedan one-way is $250.
A Business Sedan is $250, a First Class SUV is $300, and a Sprinter Van is $710 for the 22.3-mile one-way to downtown Franklin when the car does not wait. Cool Springs, at 17.8 miles, is $220 in a sedan. Brentwood, measured to a Wilson Pike point at 11.5 miles, is $190 in a sedan. Gratuity, tax, and card processing are included and the total is rounded to the nearest $10. Tolls are extra. Mercedes S-Class is on request and is not priced.
No. Cool Springs, measured to Mallory Lane, is 17.8 miles and about 28 minutes free-flow from BNA. Downtown Franklin at the Public Square is 22.3 miles and about 33 minutes. They are both in Franklin's orbit, and a hotel on Cool Springs Boulevard is not the Public Square. Send the street address. The table uses these pins so you can see the spread before you book.
A point on Wilson Pike in Brentwood is 11.5 miles and about 21 minutes free-flow from BNA, $230 in an SUV. Brentwood is wide. An address on the west side, toward Belle Meade, is a different distance. Older pages that said a flat 18 miles to "Brentwood" were using a different pin. Use the street. The sedan price for this Wilson Pike pin is $190.
No. Detailed Drivers does not operate an office in Franklin, Brentwood, Cool Springs, or Nashville. The chauffeur comes to the address on the reservation. There is no lobby desk and no local street address to visit.
Yes. Monthly invoicing is available on a corporate account. Nissan North America has a large Franklin presence, and that corridor is a regular drop, along with Cool Springs office parks. The vehicle rates do not change for a company. An 8-hour sedan day, if the car waits for meetings after the airport, is $950 at $120/hr, which is often the right product once the passenger is not going straight to one door.
Yes for a single rider who is fine requesting a car after landing. Uber and Uber for Business offer on-demand trips, company profiles, and centralized billing. The fare can change with demand. Detailed Drivers is reserved to the flight at the engine price in the table, with a chosen vehicle. For a team that has to arrive together at a Franklin office, the reserved SUV or Sprinter is the cleaner plan. For one person and a carry-on, Uber is often enough.
Book hourly. Broadway to downtown Franklin is 20.9 miles and about 26 minutes free-flow, $240 as a one-way sedan. A round trip with a meeting in the middle is a 4-hour or 6-hour block, $480 or $710 in a sedan, not two one-ways plus a hope that a second car appears. The 3-hour minimum is $360.
One to three passengers with standard bags: Business Sedan. Extra luggage or up to six people: First Class SUV. A project team up to 14: Sprinter Van, chauffeured, not a self-drive rental. Party buses are quoted per event. Detailed Drivers does not operate party buses. S-Class is available only on request and has no published rate.
Free-flow is about 33 minutes from the Public Square to the terminal point. Morning traffic on Harding Place and the airport approach is slower. Use your airline's arrive-at-airport guidance, then add the drive, and add more on a Monday morning or when BNA has a weather program. The reservation should include the flight number even on a departure so dispatch knows the cutoff.
